Designed to maximize performance and efficiency, PSA technology utilizes a twin-tower design where nitrogen production and regeneration occur simultaneously. In between cycles, pressure is equalized between the two towers to conserve compressed air and energy. The regenerated tower switches its focus to nitrogen generation while the other tower is regenerated.
Our membrane units work with compressed air passing through a separation membrane consisting of thousands of hollow tubes. There are no moving parts to this design, simply controlling the pressure and flow rate of compressed air through the membrane results in the desired purity.
