The 450 Series 450-475 HP Waterblast Pumping unit is ideal for power plants or other locations that utilize semi- or fully-automated systems. All units, single or variable speed, includes a diesel engine or electric motor, appropriate drive system, fuel tank, pump filtration, pump instrumentation, and safety relief system. With working pressures from 6,000 to 20,000 PSI, and flows to 116 GPM, this is a truly versatile series of units.
GD Energy Products Multi-Blasters offer ultimate versatility with Instant Pressure Range Conversions possible through IPRC Technology, pumps can be converted for different pressures on location in the field.
GD Energy Products has created a perfectly-engineered system that will provide more useable energy than any other waterjetting product on the market. Each Multi-Blaster 450 Series unit includes a TX 450 pump with two fluid end options, a 475 HP diesel engine or electric motor, gearbox, pump filtration, fuel tank for diesel units, unit instrumentation and safety relief systems.
The new sectionalized fluid end design on the TX-450SB system allows for easy replacement of valves. The plungers, packing, and brass on this pump are also easily replaceable due to a larger working space in the well of the pump for easy access. The valves are soft-seated and which allow for “dirty water” from various sources.
The Horizontal “in-line” suction and discharge valves and seats eliminate intersection bores which can lead to premature fluid end failures at pressures above 15,000 PSI. Please contact your GD Energy Products authorized dealer for details.
