How can we help you?
Optilobe Series stainless steel rotary lobe pumps provide a straight forward solution to many liquid transfer processes, fulfilling a wide range of application requirements throughout various industries worldwide. Series L liquid transfer pumps provide a hassle-free, cost-effective solution for customers where simple is best, handling low to high viscosity pumped media including organic solids in creams, gels, emulsions, and more.
All metallic pumped components are manufactured in 316L stainless steel for maximum durability. The Optilobe serie standard specification has tri-lobe rotors allowing the pump to be operated at a maximum temperature of 130˚C for both process and CIP (Cleaning in Place).
A stainless steel gear canister and bearing housing provide a clean, corrosion resistant external finish, making the pump suitable for the handling and delivery of sensitive products.
The Optilobe Series pump has a flexible gearbox design which gives the option of mounting pumps with the ports in either a vertical or horizontal plane by simply changing the foot position..
High strength duplex stainless steel pump shafts provide a long life.
Optilobe Series fluid transfer pumps are EHEDG accredited and conform to the USA 3A Sanitary Standard offering protection of your delicate liquid products. Plus, the non-contacting rotor design offers no product contamination.
The Optilobe Series pump offers high efficiency transfer of low, medium, and high viscosity pumped media. Through maintaining high accuracy and repeatability of part manufacture, we can maximise shaft rigidity and minimise the effects of thermal expansion within the gearbox, allowing for optimum pump head geometry to be achieved.
High efficiency inlet and outlet ports meet International Standards and reduce pressure losses, lowering NPSH requirements.
No rotor case shimming is required as shims are factory set located in the bearing housing, resulting in easier maintenance and optimised rotor interchangeability.
All Optilobe Series transfer pumps are capable of bi-rotational flow without modification, offering flexible operation to suit your needs.
The Optilobe serie is available with 10 different pump head displacements based on five different gearbox modules to handle flow rates from 0,06 liter/rev up to 1,72 liter/rev and differential pressures up to 8 bar.
This makes the Optilobe Series pump a great choice for cost-effective reliability in general applications in a variety of industries including handling sensitive food, beverage, and brewing products, confectionary, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and chemicals.
